This is a case study of the integrated production of motorcycle parts, specifically the "drive plate," which includes mold design, precision shearing, and gas nitriding treatment. We provide comprehensive services from mold design to press processing (precision shearing) and gas nitriding treatment. Coining is done up to a height of 5mm with a plate thickness of t=3.2mm.
